Simon Hands & Associates is a practice of building surveyors and architects. The practice was originally formed in 1986 when both partners decided to open a practice together. Their first office was in Eastcote, before moving to a larger office in Greenford approximately ten years ago.

Biographical Information
|
|
Simon Hands qualified as a surveyor in 1984 and worked for a major London local authority, beginning as a Surveyor and then as a Building Inspector. He then went on to work for a well known firm of commercial surveyors for several years before setting up the partnership with Carlo Criscuolo.
|
|
Carlo Criscuolo qualified as an architect in 1983 and worked as an architect for several companies before becoming a senior architect at a local housing association. He has experience in Planning Permission and Building Regulations Applications as well as appeals procedures for most of the local borough councils. He is also familiar with the policies and regulations of most local councils and can advise on the best way to proceed to achieve success with an application.
